Mary's First Dahlia Tuber

Mary's First is a fairly small waterlily bloom on a full height dark foliage plant. The plant habit is somewhat lanky, closer to a cut flower plant rather than a well-filled garden bush.  

The leaf color of dark foliage dahlias is dependent on light level. High levels of light maximize the color; shaded plants will have washed-out purplish green leaves.
